Your responsibilities

As Product Manager, you are responsible for the development, adjustment, positioning and follow-up of our Life insurance products and services (for individuals and self-employed), taking into account customer needs, market trends and competition. Here, you play an essential role in the definition and implementation of the product strategy.

- Monitoring market trends and evolutions, both in terms of customers' and brokers' needs and competitors' products and services (branches 21, 23, 26);

- Searching for development or adjustment opportunities for products, then identifying marketing actions;

- Together with the legal team, monitor regulatory developments to evaluate the impact on products and services, and adjust them as appropriate;

- In consultation with the departments concerned, editing product and contract documents (general and special conditions, financial information sheet, technical information sheet, insurance proposal, etc.) and ensuring that they are regularly updated;

- Collaborate within the Marketing and Sales departments to create marketing campaigns and sales support (including training support for brokers) and participate in the commercial launch of new products and services;

- Proactively inform and train colleagues (specifically from the Sales and Production departments) upon request

Your profile.

You have obtained at least a bachelor's degree;

You can ideally demonstrate a first experience in a similar position within the life insurance sector;

You have a solid basis in life insurance and you know the legislation and taxation;

You can demonstrate experience in project management.

You are Dutch/French speaking with a good command of the other national language, and you can work in English; 

You have an analytical mind;

You are flexible, open to change and you can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

You can work independently and you take initiative;

You obviously have team spirit
