Legal Advisor - Claims Handler

How can you contribute ?

  • Within our team of lawyers, you manage claims files from the moment they are opened to the moment they are closed. You analyse the issue of liability on the part of the notary involved, you develop his defence – if necessary in collaboration with a lawyer – you seek an optimal solution to conflicts, while maintaining a balance between the legal and economic aspects.
  • Depending on the complexity and needs of each file, you carry out legal research and issue an opinion on the follow-up to be given.
  • You are first and foremost a trusted person for our insured notaries and a partner of our lawyers..

Who are you?

You hold a master's degree in law.
A master's degree in notarial law, or experience in notarial practice, is an asset
You communicate easily, in writing and orally
You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a very good knowledge of the second national language
You have an analytical and critical mind and like a job "well done"
You work easily in a team while remaining able to work independently
You are proactive, curious and have a sense of service
