Where can you contribute ?
- You analyze the requests and decide on the final proposal.
- You receive requests for quotes, portfolio studies and special pricing, evaluate them and forward them to an Expert Underwriter or to quotation colleagues, or process them yourself depending on the complexity of the file.
- You guarantee quality in accordance with the rules of the game in terms of Underwriting, performance and feasibility of the management of the proposed solutions.
- You provide technical support in specific and/or technically complex cases; you assess the risk from a financial perspective to help your colleagues find a commercial solution and make the right decision. In addition, you provide technical advice to your colleagues, clients and brokers to ensure that the files processed meet the quality and profitability requirements of the insurer.
- You participate in decision-making regarding file exceptions.
- You act as an ambassador for the insurer, both with partners and customers, and ensure external relations and the image of the Group through networking. You work closely with colleagues from other departments as well as with customers and brokers.
Your workplace = Antwerp in combination with teleworking
Who are you ?
You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience).
You have in-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits, Underwriting is an asset.
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
You have a technical-analytical profile.
You are a real team player.
The customer experience is at the heart of your concerns, you are customer-oriented and have experience with customers and brokers.
