Insurance and Claims advisor

Your Role 

  • Act as a primary point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing inquiries, clarifications, and claims updates with a professional and client-cantered approach.
  • Lead and manage claim payment workflows
  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of claims statistics
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with insurers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering their growth in claims handling and risk assessment.

Who are you ? 

You have a Bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in claims management, insurance advisory, or related roles.

Proficiency in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.

Strong experience in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex claims independently and make strategic decisions.

Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering top-quality service.
