Senior Insurance Advisor

As part of the Group Insurance team, you will handle complex, high-stakes insurance matters while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the world.

Your work will directly contribute to ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and safeguarding the company’s future.

In this pivotal role, you will 

• Contribute to the Insurance Strategy
• Support Construction Projects
• Mitigate Risk
• Collaborate Across Teams and with clients, legal experts, brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters and internal teams, such as Sales, Legal, Contract Management, and Operational staff on FPSOs.
• Ensure Compliance and Awareness

What You Bring 

A university degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
10+ years of experience in insurance, ideally with a broker, P&I Club, consultancy, or in-house within Offshore Construction or Oil & Gas including London market.
In-depth knowledge of insurance and risk issues in the Offshore Construction and Oil & Gas industries.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional fluency in Dutch or French is highly valued.
