Your Responsibilities
As a Claims Specialist for liability, fire, and SME risks, you will be responsible for the complete follow-up of claims for your own clients, ensuring smooth processing. Your clients are primarily businesses.
You act as a trusted advisor and key contact for clients.
You correctly interpret claims notifications and ensure accurate, swift, and efficient claims settlement.
You seek solutions for clients regarding claims handling or coverage extensions and negotiate with insurance companies.
You ensure professional communication with clients, insurers, and experts.
You provide feedback to the commercial department regarding claims handling by insurers and the quality of policies.
You pay attention to key client signals, such as complaints, opportunities, or process improvements.
Your Skills
Experience working with businesses in an insurance context is required. Claims handling experience is a strong asset.
You value structure and accuracy in managing your files.
You work autonomously but also consider the needs of the team.
Your problem-solving mindset and proactive approach help you provide real solutions to clients.
