Talent Coordinator


As a Talent Coordinator, you play a crucial role. You actively engage with the market to identify the right candidates and connect them with our clients. This means working with advanced systems and tools, while also excelling in personal interactions with candidates, clients, networks, and educational institutions.

Additionally, you provide general support to the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in operational and administrative tasks to enhance business efficiency.

You are a true matchmaker, combining search, sourcing, and networking to find the right talent and guide them in their careers.

Your Responsibilities

🔍 Active Search & Sourcing: Identifying, screening, and approaching candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and networks.
📞 Candidate Interviews: Conducting phone and online screenings to assess motivation, experience, and career aspirations.
📊 System Management: Managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keeping the database up to date.
🤝 Relationship Management: Maintaining strong and professional relationships with candidates and clients.
🎓 Campus Recruitment: Building relationships with universities and colleges to attract young talent.
📢 Job Marketing: Writing, publishing, and promoting job postings via job boards and social media.
📈 Collaboration with Colleagues: Proactively contributing to recruitment strategies and ensuring the best match between candidates and clients.
🗂️ Support for MD & COO: Handling administrative and operational tasks to optimize the company’s daily operations.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field—or relevant experience.
FR/NL/ENG
2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment
Strong in search & sourcing: Curious, analytical, and skilled in identifying the right people through various channels.
Excellent communication skills: Able to engage candidates and professionally support clients.
Strong administrative skills: Organized and structured in managing systems and processes.
Proactive support: Flexible and eager to assist with operational and organizational tasks for the MD and COO.
