A leading international insurance company is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Digital Claims Service Specialist to lead the performance, implementation, and continuous improvement of their digital and online claims services for Consumer Lines (CL) in the Benelux region.
You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring the claims experience — delivered largely via partners — is seamless, efficient, and aligned with the company’s high standards for service and compliance.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Oversee digital and online claims fulfilment, including logistics and customer support services across Benelux.
Manage service providers, call centres, couriers, and logistics partners.
Ensure strong performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and cost control.
Represent the company in partner and client meetings as a key stakeholder.
Support audits, regulatory compliance reviews, and ongoing process improvements.
Collaborate closely with internal Consumer Lines teams and governance functions.
✅ Your Profile
Experience in digital insurance services, claims fulfilment, or service operations.
Skilled in managing partners and negotiating service agreements.
Strong knowledge of digital process optimisation, performance analysis, and reporting.
Background in supply chain, customer contact centres, or consumer electronics is a plus.
Proactive, analytical, and service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
Willingness to travel within Benelux.
